Plant Manager

Responsibilities:
Ensure company’s manufacturing policy is constantly reviewed and updated
Provide an efficient and cost effective production activities
Drive continuous improvement in the factory in term of Quality, SSL, OEE, CU/FTE
Responsible for capital and operating budgets for the manufacturing department
Responsible for Technical Project Management
Manage recruitment, training and retaining of factory workers
Requirements:
Specific Requirements:
Have knowledge in running production manufacturing activities such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), ISO 9001 & 14000, GMP especially in cosmetic, HSE & Lean principles
Have exposure in managing production process & critical control point
General Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience
Bachelor degree from any discipline
Proficient in English & computer literate
Good analytical thinking
English & computer literate (MS Office, MS Project)
Flexible, good initiative & independent
Good leadership skill & team approach
Good analytical, leadership skill, high integrity, energetic, strong communication skills
