Production Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the whole operation of the stationery manufacturing production
Maintaining and improving productivity output
Minimizing reject ratio of the production
Managing the performance, attitude and motivation of the whole employees
Developing potential leaders within department for succession planning in long term
Initiate and maintain culture of Continuous Improvement and Creativity within the department
Improve and strengthen culture of Independent Quality Production - not depending to Quality department to ensure the output quality

Requirements:


Minimum 3 years on-hands, extensive experience in making production
Possess in depth technical and managerial knowledge of making processes
Possess some technical problem solving and quality standard for making process, is an advantage
Strong commitment to implement management initiatives
Strong leadership and able to direct big groups into one unifyling goal
Strong motivational skills
Open minded, high integrity, and highly energetic
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge about ISO system, KANBAN, QCC an advantage
